Ryon has practiced yoga and meditation over the ten years, discovering the benefit of both after recovering from a broken neck in 2008.
His classes incorporate music, a little dharmic wisdom, sequencing balancing effort and ease and an emphasis on building strength, improving alignment and developing a mindful connection between breath and movement. Expect to sweat, be energized, feel powerful, find some bliss and likely sleep better.
